Pierson will oversee a team of 10 employees and have responsibility for operations, lending, and new member opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Pierson has worked for the credit union for a total of 10 years, starting as a Member Services Representative at the Eureka 4th &amp; J office, following graduation from Humboldt State University with a Business Administration degree. She has an additional three years of experience in financial institution management locally.<\/p>\n<p>Pierson is a Humboldt County native, and attended Arcata High School and Pacific Union School, where her 8-year-old son now attends. She has been an active volunteer in school and community events, and resides with her family in McKinleyville.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1950, Coast Central Credit Union is the largest member-owned financial institution on the North Coast. It has over 67,500 members and operates 12 Member Services Branches throughout Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity counties, including McKinleyville Ray\u2019s and Bayshore Mall, which are open 7 days a week. Additionally, members have access to a network of 30,000 free ATMs nationwide.
