Coast Central Credit Union (CCCU) announced that Fatima Zinselmeir has been promoted to AVP Quality Service & Development, and Jenny Fonsen has been promoted to Senior AVP Member Services. <\/p>\n

Zinselmeir is responsible for management of CCCU\u2019s Quality Service and Training programs, which encompass employees from all areas of the credit union, including Member Services Branches (MSB) and departments. Under its Standards of Excellence, CCCU has a longtime commitment to exceptional service and positive internal culture in which employees receive ongoing training and the opportunity for awards through numerous recognition programs. <\/p>\n

In Zinselmeir\u2019s over 25 years of financial institutions experience, including nine with Coast Central, she has worked in new employee training, operations, lending, and MSB management. In 2013 she earned the distinction of CCCU\u2019s Employee of the Year. A native of Humboldt County and graduate of Arcata High School, Zinselmeir has also been active in the community, including Mad River Rotary and McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n

Fonsen has worked for Coast Central for nearly 20 years, starting as a Member Services Representative at its Fortuna location, and holding positions in its Member Support Center and MSB management for multiple locations. She was named CCCU\u2019s Employee of the Year in 2012. Also a Humboldt County native, Fonsen is a graduate of Fortuna High School and holds an Associate\u2019s Degree in Business Management. Fonsen\u2019s responsibilities include lead roles in major credit union initiatives including last year\u2019s computer system upgrade and this year\u2019s ATM replacement project, as well as compliance, operational procedures, auditing, and security.<\/p>\n

Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, Coast Central Credit Union is the largest member-owned financial institution in the area, with nearly 72,000 members and operating 11 Member Services Branches throughout Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity counties, including McKinleyville, open six days a week and Bayshore Mall, open seven days a week. Additionally, members have access to a network of 30,000 free CO-OP ATMs nationwide.
